Why MARIS Healthcare?
The starting point
In 2015, the AMEOS Group decided to centralize its transcription services. After initial difficulties with another service provider, the management team selected MARIS Healthcare GmbH in 2019. The primary goal of our collaboration was to optimize workflow, which in turn required improved speech quality and data transmission. The decentralized, rural location of the various AMEOS facilities presented particular challenges, as it was associated with significant data transmission problems.
The conclusion
Pragmatic solutions, solution-oriented approaches, and a partnership based on mutual respect – these three pillars formed the foundation of the successful collaboration between MARIS Healthcare GmbH and the AMEOS Group.
